We will wait two weeks before processing applications in casts that are over the size of ten. In addition, there is now a two week wait between applications for the same mun. You apply for one and get accepted, but then have to wait two weeks to apply for another character.

When you have two active characters in game, you can apply for a cameo character. Information about what kind of characters qualify for cameo status is here.

If you've been on hiatus, please, don't apply until you have returned to full activity (there's a two week wait generally).

Could you please provide more about Billie's personality? You do not have to edit it into the application itself, but you can add the added section about her personality into a comment here.

Billie is friendly enough to have a whole flotilla of friends, but she's got a strange sarcastic type of humor so they'd have to be some rather accepting people. She has the capacity for a lot of friends, but she doesn't have the time. At least, that's what she tells herself. The reality is that she was raised in such a tight knit family, in an environment where it was always family, family, family, that the idea of making friends outside of her brothers is terrifying. They definitely have some codependency issues that they need to work out. As such, in order to combat loneliness, Billie has a tendency to throw herself into her work or her schooling.

She's somewhat compassionate, she has empathy and sympathy for people and their plights but she has difficultly putting that compassion in action. She's not someone who nurturing and comforting comes naturally too. Her brothers' idea of comforting is to not punch her too hard and she assimilated that. Sadly, she never got the benefit of her mother's soothing ways, so she doesn't know how to reciprocate that. She has a caregiver instinct, but t's not on the same level as one would equate to someone who is compassionate. She'll make sure you're okay and not bleeding from the skull, but she won't be able to comfort you if you're dying from a gaping head wound.

Her self-esteem isn't the best. She doesn't know how to take a compliment. She loves herself (she's flipping brilliant, who wouldn't love her!), but the idea of someone else loving her is just laughable. Not because she's an awful human being or because she doesn't deserve it, but she has some serious body issues with her weight, or lack there of. She does not enjoy being so skinny that she gets mocked, it's not the highlight of her life, but she can't do anything about it that she doesn't already do. Although, if someone wants to give her a sandwich, she's not going to protest.

She has a finely tuned survival instinct. If something screams run away there is a creepy serial killer in here? Billie is going to run away. Quickly. She would never be the girl in the horror movie who hears and sound and wants to check it out. She would be the girl backing away from said sound. If a man with a knife is chasing her she is not going to run into the shower.

She doesn't drink because of the manner in which her parents died and she no longer smokes cigarettes because of her asthma, though she would love to start again. Smoking was more a reaction to her ADD and something to do with her hands before it because an addiction to nicotine. Now she knits, which she thinks is lame so she never tells anyone about, and builds things out of toothpicks and the sheer badassery of her mental will. She is very addicted to caffeine and can go though a 12 pack of soda in about two days. She has an addictive personality, so things like smoking and soda and coffee that start off small, spiral into craziness. For the most part, she recognizes this -- it's part of the reason she doesn't drink, she knows it will become a problem -- but she is still surprised when she gets caffeine headaches if she doesn't drink enough.
